San Jacinto CFD No 2
ClosedCity of San Jacinto CFD No. 2 was formed in 1989 (Resolution 1797) to finance infrastructure improvements for the Rancho San Jacinto planned community, issuing $26 million in bonds for streets and other basic improvements in the development's tracts. After a late-1990s default, 144 undeveloped/delinquent parcels were later detached from it to form CFD No. 2002-1.
